The Re.Card is a convenient way to turn your rewards into funds that can be spent almost anywhere. This guide covers everything you need to know about activating, managing, and utilizing your Re.Card.

Activation and Status Tracking

  • Activation: After redeeming rewards, activate your Re.Card by following the link in your confirmation email or visiting the “My Cards” section in your Rewardsweb account.

  • Tracking Status: To check the status of your Re.Card, log in and go to your profile account to access “My Transactions.” You will see the current stage of the card, whether it is still being processed or already approved. Activation typically takes 2-3 business days.


Loading Funds and Making Purchases

  • Loading Funds: After your Re.Card is activated, the reward funds will be automatically loaded onto it. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the funds are available for use.

  • Spending: The Re.Card can be used for purchases wherever Mastercard or Visa is accepted, depending on your card type. Always check your balance before making purchases to ensure sufficient funds.


Monitoring Usage and Expiry

  • Transaction History: You can monitor all recent transactions through the Rewardsweb platform, which makes tracking spending easy.

  • Expiration: Make sure to use your funds before the card expires—Re.Cards are generally valid for six months from issuance. Keep track of this to avoid any loss of funds.


Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

If your Re.Card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report it using the to Rewardsweb immediatelty. This will help secure the remaining funds and avoid unauthorized transactions.
