      How do I request my account data?

      Send a request from the help center to receive your account data.

      Enter the help center and click on “Submit a request.” Then:

      1. Select "Rewardsweb account" and “Request account data”
      2. Fill out the request form

      After submitting your request, your data will be provided in no more than 30 days.
