I did not receive my verification code. What can I do?

Wait a few minutes or check your spam folder to mark "noreply@rewardsweb.com" as a safe sender.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received a verification code after a few minutes.  If you find the verification code, mark our email “noreply@rewardsweb.com” as a safe sender.

Still haven’t received a code?

  1. Before trying to recover your account again with the “Resend code” option, go to your email settings and add the email “noreply@rewardsweb.com” as a secure email to receive the verification code without any problems. After multiple attempts to send the verification code, the account is deactivated for security.
  2. If you registered using the Google or Apple button, you will not receive the verification code, and you must login by pressing the Google or Apple button.
  3. If the inconvenience continues, create your account with another email.
