Why could I not add my rewards program?

Make sure you enter your access credentials correctly or wait a few minutes in case of a connection issue.

If you are unable to add a rewards program to Rewardsweb, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your loyalty program requires updates. Please contact them using the following details:

  2. You previously linked your loyalty program account to a Rewardsweb account created with Google, Apple, or another email and password. Review the following information:

    How do I unlink a loyalty program from my Rewardsweb account?

  3. Make sure you correctly enter your access credentials and that all your account information is updated. If your access credentials were entered correctly, it may be due to a poor connection. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
