Redemption fails due to connectivity issues or account inactivity.
A redemption can fail because of the following reasons:
- Connectivity issues with the loyalty program system. Wait 24 hours to try your purchase again.
- Your loyalty program account is inactive or pending an update. Contact your loyalty program through their help center to reactivate your account. As soon as your loyalty program reactivates your account, your purchase will be completed successfully.
