I can't find the Rewardsweb extension in my browser.

Make sure you have downloaded the Rewardsweb extension. If you have the extension, but it doesn't display on the merchant checkout page, uninstall and reinstall to update to the latest version.

The Rewardsweb extension is available on your browser. On Google Chrome:

1. Make sure you've downloaded the Rewardsweb extension. You can download it here.
2. Once you have installed the extension, the icon should be in the upper right corner; please be sure to look for the icon.
3. If you still can't find the icon, look for the icon and click on it to display your extensions list. Then click on the pin icon next to the extension.

If you have the extension in your browser, but it does not display on the merchant's payment page, uninstall and reinstall it to update it to the latest version.

There are other reasons why the extension may not appear, such as:

• Ad Blocking: Disable ad blocking in your browser's privacy and security settings.
• VPN: Make sure you disable the VPN for the extension to deploy and work properly.
• Countries not enabled:  The Rewardsweb extension is only enabled for users from Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
