What should I do if a merchant requires additional details regarding the payment method?

Please log in to your account and cancel the redemption for the miles to automatically return to your loyalty program account.

Sometimes, the store of purchase requires payment method details to comply with its security processes and does not send your order. To check the Re.Card assigned to the redemption, enter your "Transactions" and display the redemption to obtain this information.

If the merchant cancels the order, log in to your Rewardsweb account, look for the redemption, and "Request a refund" for the miles to return to your loyalty program account automatically.

If your program does not have point refunds, don't worry; you will automatically receive the refund in your Rewardsweb account as Cashback. These Cashback will stay in your Rewardsweb wallet and appear in the payment window at the store's checkout so you can use them for future purchases.
