Issue 1: I Didn’t Receive the Verification Code

Common causes may include:

  • Registered Using Your Google or Apple Account:

If you signed up using the Google or Apple button, you will not receive a verification code. Instead, you should:

    • Log in using the same Google or Apple button.

    • Make sure you are using the correct Google or Apple credentials.

  • Entered an Incorrect Email Address:

If there’s a typo in your email address, the verification code will not be sent. Please:

    • Log in using your email and verify that it’s entered correctly.

    • Wait a few minutes and check your inbox for the verification code.

  • Email Went to Your Spam Folder:

If the code hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, it may be in your spam or junk folder. Please:

    • Check those folders for the email.

    • Add “[email protected]” to your safe sender list.

    • Click “Resend Code” if the email still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes.

Issue 2: My Rewardsweb Account Has Been Locked

  • Locked Due to Multiple Password Recovery Attempts: If there have been too many password recovery attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. To restore access, please contact us through the Help Center, and one of our representatives will assist you.

  • Locked Due to Loyalty Program: If your loyalty program membership is locked for security reasons, the linked Rewardsweb account may also be locked. To resolve this:

    • Contact the loyalty program to address the issue.

    • Once the program confirms your account has been restored, contact us to reactivate your Rewardsweb account.

Issue 3: The Email Linked to My Rewardsweb Account is No Longer Active

  • If the email associated with your account is no longer active, please contact us for assistance in updating your information.

Issue 4: Someone Used My Email to Create a Rewardsweb Account

  • If someone else has used your email to create an account, please contact us immediately for support.
