Issue 1: Your Loyalty Program Account is Already Linked

  • Check if You Have Another Account Linked:

    You previously linked your loyalty program account to a Rewardsweb account created with Google, Apple, or another email and password. To resolve:

    • Log in to Rewardsweb using the account you previously created.

    • Check if your member ID is linked, then proceed to make a purchase.

Issue 2: Your Loyalty Program Account Requires Updates

  • Update Your Loyalty Program Account

    • Navigate to your loyalty program website.

    • Log in to your loyalty program account.

    • Update your information and contact phone number.

    • Ensure that your account is successfully validated, then go to Rewardsweb to make your purchase.

Issue 3: Unexpected error

  • Connectivity Issues

    • Check that you have entered your login credentials correctly and that all your account information is up to date.

    • If the login credentials were entered correctly, the issue may be due to a poor connection. Wait a few minutes and try again.
