How do I cancel a redemption?

Go to Rewardsweb, search for the redemption, and press "Request Refund".

  1. Make sure to cancel the order at the store where you purchased it.
  2. Go to Rewardsweb, and in the Transactions
  3. Select the redemption you want to cancel and press "Request refund." "And done!"
