Note: If you signed in using Google or Apple, this option will not be available on Rewardsweb. You’ll need to change your password through your Google or Apple account security settings.
How Do I Recover My Rewardsweb Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Go to Rewardsweb.
On the login page, click Forgot your password?.
Follow the instructions to reset your password via the email linked to your account.
You can also go directly to the Password Recovery Page.
Important: If you signed in with Google or Apple, you’ll need to recover your password through their respective platforms.

I Could Not Recover My Password

I Did Not Receive My Verification Code. What Can I Do?
If you haven’t received your verification code after a few minutes:
Check your spam or junk email folder.
Mark “[email protected]” as a safe sender.
Click Resend code if the email hasn’t arrived after a few minutes.
If you’re still not receiving the code, consider using an alternative email to create your account, or contact us for additional help.
